areas, depending largely on subsistence agriculture and remittances
from abroad for their livelihoods.
The goal of the JOBS PLUS Project is to contribute to the
long-term development goal of transitioning vulnerable and
impoverished rural women, youth and families in Moldova from
poverty to prosperity - a change of state measured in both
economic and 'quality of life' terms.

in their communities.
